Partnering with Professionals
Our mission is to empower helping professionals to work more effectively and therapeutically with children, adolescents and families. We believe that as we invest in training the future generations of mental health professionals to provide high quality services, we will become a better community to support the families in our care.
TRAINING AND EQUIPPING
We conduct both public and in-house workshops. Our workshops are grounded in theories but are engaging, interactive, playful and culturally sensitive. We aim to empower them with a wider range of skills and techniques so they can do their best in meeting the needs of different clients. As an approved training provider for Association of Play Therapy (US) and West Coast Institute (US), we are committed to provide a high level of training services and content.
As the approved training provider for West Coast Institute, we also support and mentor our colleagues on their journey towards being certified as a Gestalt Play Therapist with West Coast Institute. Click here to find out more about the certification process
As a practicing mental health professional, regular clinical supervision supports the professionals in their development and understanding of the therapeutic process. It also provides a quality assurance mechanism for practice and enhances public protection for clients.
Tembusu also provide individual and group supervision to support professionals in deepening their competency development to better serve their clients.
